Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the total reservation amount.
14 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation request. The cleaning fee is always refundable if you cancel before check-in.
Modifications
Need to change your dates instead of cancelling? Contact us at info@whitebirchcollective.com or (802) 768-7888 and we will do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. Date changes are not subject to cancellation fees.
Weather and Travel Disruptions
If a major weather event or state-declared emergency makes travel to the property unsafe, we will work with you on rescheduling or issuing a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.
Early Departure
If you check out early for any reason, the remaining nights are not refunded.
