By booking Stratton Ski Haus through whitebirchcollective.com, you agree to the following terms.
The Property
Stratton Ski Haus is a privately owned vacation rental in Jamaica, Vermont managed by White Birch Collective. The property sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Amenities include a hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, EV charger, and gigabit WiFi.
Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before check-in. The rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. Check-in instructions and the lockbox code will be provided once the signed agreement is received.
Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 5 days of checkout, provided no damage is found, house rules are followed, and no additional charges apply. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request. Access is via smart lockbox. You will receive the entry code and check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival.
Guest Responsibilities
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoors, the deck, and all indoor spaces. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and e-cigarettes. A $500 charge will be applied to your security deposit if evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property under any circumstances. This applies to all animals, including emotional support animals. A $500 charge will be applied if pets are brought to the property without prior written authorization. No exceptions are made to this policy.
Pricing and Payment
Nightly rates vary by season and are displayed on the booking calendar. A cleaning fee is charged per stay. Vermont state and local lodging taxes are added at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Hot Tub and Sauna
The hot tub and sauna are used at your own risk. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The hot tub temperature is maintained between 100-104°F. Please shower before using the hot tub and do not use it under the influence of alcohol.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in. 50% refund between 14-30 days. No refund within 14 days. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
White Birch Collective is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their party. We recommend travel insurance for all reservations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your reservation.
